Manage your team
Add people, set roles and allocation, and monitor capacity conflicts in Skopo's Team view.
The Team view shows every human teammate and agent profile assigned to your project, their roles, allocation percentages, and any cross-project capacity conflicts.
Before you start
- All project members can view the Team page.
- To add, remove, or manage teammates, you need a Lead or Owner project role.
- Agents appear in the Team view as profiles; see /docs/guides/invite-agents for details on agent profiles.
Steps
View the project team
- Open your project and click Team in the project sidebar.
- The summary cards at the top show: Project team (total members, split into people and agents), Available now (agents currently marked available), Allocation (total FTE and percentage), and Capacity conflicts (teammates over-allocated across projects).
- Click the Project team tab (active by default) to see the full roster. Each row shows the teammate's name, email or AI status, role, allocation on this project, total projects, and status.
Add a person
- Click Add people in the top-right area of the Team header.
- In the modal, enter the person's email in the Email field and select their Project role (Lead, Member, or Observer).
- Optionally, pick from the Existing workspace people list — click Add next to anyone already in your workspace.
- Click Invite to send the invite or add them directly.
Change a person's role or allocation
- Click the Manage button (the chevron icon at the right of a member row) to open the manage modal.
- Change the Project role using the dropdown.
- Adjust the Allocation on this project slider (0–100%, in 10% steps).
- If the new total allocation across all projects exceeds 100%, a warning appears: "This allocation creates a cross-project conflict."
- Click Save controls to apply the changes.
Remove a teammate
- Open the manage modal for the teammate you want to remove.
- Click Remove from project. The person loses access to this project immediately.
Monitor workload
- Click Agent workload to see the queue of work items assigned to agent profiles, with their approval status and current state.
- Click Agent audit to see a history of who changed agent access, status, allocation, budgets, and approval rules.
Result
Your project team is configured with the right roles and allocations. Capacity conflicts are highlighted so you can resolve over-allocation before new work is assigned.
