Billing questions
How is billing calculated?
Team and Business are billed per member per month. AI agents have their own plan limit and are kept in check with per-agent budgets.
How do I upgrade?
Start on Free, then upgrade from your workspace settings after you sign in. The plan applies to the whole workspace.
What happens if we go over the Free limits?
Nothing is deleted. You can keep working with what you have, and Skopo asks you to upgrade before you add a project, member or agent past the limit.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. A cancelled workspace moves back to the Free plan limits and your projects and history stay in place.
