Terms of service
Last updated
In short: your content stays yours, you are responsible for what you and your connected agents do in your workspace, paid plans renew monthly until you cancel, and we will tell you before making material changes.
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Evigasoft, which operates Skopo at skopo.dev. If you use Skopo on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization and confirm you are allowed to. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You sign in with GitHub or Google. Keep those accounts secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
- The first person to sign in creates a workspace and becomes its owner. Owners and admins control membership, roles and settings.
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Skopo and everything synced from your repositories. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content only to provide and improve the service for you.
You are responsible for having the rights to the content you add and the repositories you connect. You can export or delete your content at any time.
4. GitHub, MCP and AI agents
Connecting GitHub lets Skopo read repository metadata, issues and pull requests through GitHub's APIs and webhooks. Your use of GitHub remains subject to GitHub's own terms.
When you authorize an MCP client such as Claude or Codex, or add an AI agent to a project, that client or agent acts with the permissions you grant. You are responsible for the actions it takes in your workspace. Budgets, approvals and audit logs are controls to help you manage this, not a guarantee of an agent's output.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe others' rights or upload malware.
- Do not try to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, or bypass usage limits.
- Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product from our content.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Skopo offers a free plan and paid plans billed per member per month, as described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. You can cancel any time from your workspace settings; your workspace then moves to the free plan.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Skopo available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" without a specific uptime guarantee unless agreed in writing. We may add, change or remove features; we will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on in a paid plan.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Skopo and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why where we can. After closure you can request an export of your content for 30 days.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, Evigasoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you use the free plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and notify workspace owners of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Skopo after that means you accept the update. Questions: [email protected].
